Getting started

Having the basics in place is essential for any business. We will make sure you have clear, easy to understand and tailored contracts of employment, along with a bespoke employment handbook, which covers all essential people policies, and a bank of HR templates. As well as this, you will have ongoing telephone and email support, from an experienced, friendly and down to earth team. Policies, contracts and handbook will be reviewed annually, and updated to reflect policy and legislation changes.

Scaling up

As well as everything you get in package 1, we can provide a friendly, experienced HR Consultant to support you on site, perhaps to run a grievance or disciplinary meeting, or to be on hand to take notes and provide face to face advice and support.

Continued growth

This is where we completely look after your HR function. We will advise you, your managers, and your employees, write all your letters and contracts, take care of making sure your HR system (if you have one*) is kept up to date and we will be onsite for all meetings as needed, supporting you with running the meetings, taking the notes, and providing the outcomes. We will be one point of contact for you, your managers and your employees – basically, we’re your HR department. *If you don’t have a HR System in place, we will research, source and recommend one that is suitable for your business

Project Work

We can also provide support and advice on more complex matters, such as restructuring and redundancy, recruitment, implementing an appraisal / performance management system, Line manager training, and loads more. If you have a specific requirement, give us a call to discuss the scope and agree a cost
